Professional Tax preparation without the need for an office visit, Professional Tax Service is our most comprehensive online service. Clients simply provide their financial information electronically and we will do the rest. Step 1: Come to one of our offices and pick up an envelope. The cover says what to gather for best refund. Step 2: After filling it with all documents, and copies of your identification documents, drop it off at one of our (two - Austin or Round Rock) locations. Step 3. Your refund check and a copy of the tax return will be available at the office within 24 hours. By the time, we have already filed your taxes with IRS. Come by the office and mail out the signed copy of your return to IRS, or drop it off at our office, we will deliver to IRS on our behalf.
